as a californian, I feel so blessed by the sometimes summery moments in the dead of winter. although, it's made it so I can never live anywhere w weather. this card is inspired by a classic cali beach scene with all the normal fixtures : a pink stocking hanging from a palm tree with gold-gilded coconuts, a golden sea lion surfing while basking in the bright sun & the iconic clam-shaped fire pits found on ocean beach SF. have you used them? they're so whimsical. here they are in real life.
