"It's our first charity crafting event of the year! This April, we'll be Craft(ernoon)ing for a Cause. Each participant will make a hand-sewn softie that will be donated to a foster child via Sew Mama Sew and the National Foster Parent Association.
The ever-so-talented Niki Baker of Foreignspell will lead you through the process of stitching up your labor of love. We'll be using beginner-level patterns purchased from Little Hibou Shop, but please arrive as on time as possible to give yourself plenty of time to complete the project.
Your $10 entry fee grants you full access to our Sunday Crafternoon workshop, including guided instruction, supplies, snacks and sips on SUNDAY, 4/12 12 PM.
Niki Baker is a printmaker, SF native, music zealot, animal lover, Francophile, proud former Seattleite, expert whistler, food & libation enthusiast and competent juggler. She loves hand-carving elaborate stamps and printing them on a myriad of surfaces!
Tools / supplies: felt, embroidery thread, embroidery needles, scissors, stuffing
